You can already ask IkimerIA for various tips and queries regarding the use of the already active aritificial intelligence conversational agents.
The platform being young (a few weeks), its answers will be more precise and IKiBot (a chatbot soon available for our Premium and Pro subscribers) will be dedicated to this support task (its "finetuning" is already underway).

If you wish to contact the founding team, please follow the steps below.

Click on the "Documentation" button in the sidebar, in the second to last position.
If you have minimised the sidebar, the button is replaced by a leaf icon in the same position. On the documentation page, at the very bottom of the page, under the "Our company" section, click on the "Contact" button.
You will be redirected to the form of IKimera, the company that develops IKiBlast. Here, you fill in the information fields and then enter the subject of your request in the "Subject" field and its content in the "Your Message" field.

Please inform us of any problems you encounter so that we can respond and resolve them as quickly as possible. We listen to our users and do everything in our power to improve their experience.  
To that end, if you have any recommendations, tips, areas for improvement, or new features you would like to see on IKiBlast, please feel free to use this form. Your feedback is valuable.
